Museum Equipment, Decor, Lighting and Special Effects
All decorations must be flameproof and free standing and subject to approval by CCS management. Banners or signs may not be attached to the walls inside or outside of CCS. Special effects and any loose decorations such as, but limited to: fog machines, birdseed, rice, confetti, feathers and/or glitter may not be used within CCS in order to protect the automobiles and memorabilia. CCS personnel must pre-approve all electrical equipment to be used during the event. Lighting plans and props must be submitted in writing at least (21) twenty-one days prior to Event. Multimedia presentations and video presentations are permitted and CCS has two giant screens to project any video.
CCS’ event team will provide recommendations for preferred caterers. In the event that the guest has contracted with a caterers that is not among CCS’ preferred vendor list, the caterer and CSS meet in advance to discuss the handling, management and preparation of food and beverage services. CCS management must approve any caterer or vendor in advance. CCS reserves the right to determine which areas may be used for food and beverage services. Outside catering vendors must dry mop the floors and leave CCS in the same condition that they found it in its original condition.
Food Prep Areas
All food prep areas must be kept clean and sanitary according to Health Department Standards. Liquids may be disposed of on CCS property in designated areas only. Ice tubs must have clean plastic liners. Cooking is not allowed inside the actual museum. All food is to be prepared in the hangers, and not in the gallery.
Photography, Videography and Entertainment
Photos and/or videos are permitted throughout CCS. There are no limitations regarding photography and videography except within Car Storage and private collections. No one is allowed to touch, open, or sit in the automobiles at any time. The museum reserves the right to utilize all photos and/or video footage taken during event for its promotional use.
Valet parking is mandatory for all groups. CCS will coordinate all valet parking at a nominal fee. CCS valet services are fully insured to protect our guests’ vehicles.
All clients/caterers/vendors/event planners scheduled for event date must submit a hard copy of Certificate of Insurance to CCS naming Collector Car Showcase as “Certificate Holder” and “Additional Insured” and providing evidence of the following coverage:
Automotive Liability with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence only if company vehicles will be on property delivering equipment or involved with event.
